Next week Vida Lexus will present “Vino Fino Con Sabor Latino”; for our non-Spanish-speaking friends that means Fine Wine with a Hispanic Flavor. The highlight of the event will be live cooking demonstrations by world renowned chefs Michelle Bernstein and Douglas Rodriguez. (Miami foodies are fidgeting in their seats right about now.)

When it comes to chefs and restaurateurs in Miami both Bernstein and Rodriguez are never left out of the conversation. Chef Michelle Bernstein owns Michy’s, Sra. Martinez  and Michelle Bernstein’s at The Omphoy. This Jewish-Latino temptress of the kitchen even beat out  Iron Chef’s Bobby Flay. The secret ingredient of the day is a little female kickass! And the second home grown talent being featured is book author Chef Douglas Rodriguez who’s the owner of OLA, D. Rodriguez Cuba and Yuca. BONUS: Look for most of these on the Miami Spice List.

“Vino Fino Con Sabor Latino” will take place at Building 4141 (Near Fratelli Lyon) located at 4141 NE 2nd Ave., Miami, FL 33137. Complimentary Valet parking will be available and you must be 21 with a photo ID. Cocktail attireis preferred, so get all jazzed up and rub elbows with the fabulous food lovers of Miami.
