As a Nine Inch Nails fanboy, I have to say I’m pretty interested in whats going to happen here. After the last “Wave Goodbye” Nine Inch Nails tour, Trent Reznor speculated that he was going to be quitting for awhile. I like to call it more of a break because he never really used the word “quit”. Lately he’s been experimenting with his wife and Atticus Ross on the trip-hop dark ambient project called “How To Destroy Angels”. He also said he might be working on new studio Nine Inch Nails stuff. It was only a matter of time that I knew he would be doing a lot of film score stuff when he made that announcement and the big scare that occurred when Trent Reznor was selling all his old tour gear on Ebay. Good thing he kept what he needed and is still pumping the great electronic shit that’s changed the way I heard music when I was 13 years old.

Apparently, he said “Fuck This Break!” and asked Atticus Ross to join the project as they work together to score “The Social Network”.
