Police: I DON’T LIKE YOU ::taser::

40 year-old double-amputee, from Merced County, has been tasered TWICE for his “big mouth”. Initial charges against him were dropped by Internal Affairs due to witness reports. How much could this dude have actually struggled?

It all started when Child Protective Service tried taking his daughter. Witnesses say he then got tasered in the ribs, fell off his wheel chair and while on the floor got handcuffs placed on him. Worse part is that once he fell off his wheelchair, his pants also fell off. Well, police did nothing about this, so for 10 minutes he was in the nude, in public.

Can officers just Taser whoever they “don’t like”?
